ACADEMY REGISTRATION FORMS
Spring Academy Registration for both Central and South Academies
All new students, please fill out a spring registration form. Spring registration for new students will begin December 1st, 2011.Return registration forms via email (Phoebe.Coleman@ColoradoBallet.org), fax (303-861-7174), in person, or by mail (1278 Lincoln Street, Denver, CO 80203).Or students and families may register online for any class.
Spring Academy Registration for Returning Fall Academy Students
Spring semester priority registration for returning fall Academy families will begin November 2nd, 2011. Returning fall students and families may register using the Returning Academy Class Registration Form. Spring registration for non-returning families will begin December 1st, 2011.
Spring Showcase Participation Form
Spring semester students in levels Pre-Ballet 1 and up, teen open, and children's open classes will participate in the Academy's Spring Performance on Saturday and Sunday, May 19 - 20. Spring showcase forms are due to Phoebe by Monday, January 23, 2012.
Summer Academy Registration
Summer registration opens February 20, 2012. Forms will be posted here after the 19th.
Dropping and Adding Classes
To add or withdraw from an Academy class, please download the Drop/Add Form. Forms may be returned in person to Colorado Ballet Academy Central, emailed to phoebe.coleman@coloradoballet.org, or faxed to 303-861-7174.
Locker Rentals at Central Academy
Colorado Ballet is offering lockers for rent in the Ladies Dressing Room at Central Academy. Please fill out a locker registration form and return it to the Academy office.
